My account, basically was abused by one of my cousin.
A few weeks ago, I just found out that I was a scammer when I tried to trade with someone on Global Offensive.
And, I somehow realized that, someone used my account, and ran away from a gambling in Korean server, as result of that, I became scammer.
So I explained this unfortunate incident on the Allied bans of Korea, and since it happened in 2013, and I was serving in army in Korea, they released my tag, yet I found out I still can't trade on the tf2 trade or some other trading websites.
so, please, help me.

Plus, though I didn't commit this fraud, yet I tried to repay. It turned out he was a scammer......and he got busted, and seems he quit steam​
