Appeal description:

At the time of the incident my account was hijacked i was on holidays for 3 weeks. Yes i did have a virus on my computer and this could be due to downloading videos etc. however i did not commit no offense because it is unethical. yes i did repay all the victims because they messaged me and i gave them the money back.

I need to get unbanned so i am able to buy items of the steam store.
