Appeal description:

Hello.
Dragonfire is my dad's account. He's 56 years old, he has never traded with anyone other than me, he can barely start TF2 and doesn't speak english.
He's been telling me for a while now that he's banned on certain game servers on TF2 and in one other he had the SCAMMER tag. I payed it little mind as I was sure the server's admid either kicked him or banned him from that specific server for ridiculous ingame reasons.

Today, 867 days AFTER he was marked as a scammer and banned on SR, I randomly checked my profile on SR just to find out that one of my friends is banned and it is him. He wasn't just banned from a single server, he was marked as a scammer on SteamRep. Excuse me?

I'm honestly speechless. I do not know how or why this happened, but there is no way this ban is justified. Someone either made a mistake or banned him for whatever absurd reason.

Being banned on SR does not affect either him or the account at all because as I said, he does not trade and he has found other servers to play in. I'm simply upset because he was randomly banned for no reason at all and it is not fair.

Before you ask:
No, I never played or logged his account, no one else did.
No, his account has not been stolen, ever.
No, the alternate account listed in his SteamRep profile is not his and neither me or him have ever seen it before.
No, he has never scammed anything at all and no, he has never traded me items of other players other than his own.

I wish for this situation to be resolved. Even if in practice it matters little, things should be put to right.
