Which until today I do not understand why his account got an additional ban from Unusual Hat Club.​

Appeal description:

Hello everyone! My case goes back to almost 10 years, and this is my second appeal after the first one got denied; at the time of my first appeal, I was very frustrated, could not articulate myself properly in English, and after all it was such a stressful period of preparing to university entrance examination (1 year-1 exam), and playing bridge competitively: getting ready to European and World championships, that is coming within next months.

So between 7-15 May of 2011, I was out of the city at 2011 Open National Bridge Championship of Turkey where it is held at Antalya, though instead of playing as the junior national team players, we have got trained for the following European and World championships by best of our national players.

My first appeal was denied because I was not able to prove that I have been out for a national tournament, and I still cannot prove it because technically I did not participate in the tournament and the photos I have from these days are not really proving anything as I initially thought.

On the other hand I never have scammed anyone in my life: not a cent, not in real life, not in internet, nowhere. This fact fueled my anger and frustration around 10 years ago at the time of my first denial, but I do understand the fact: I am unable of providing essential proofs to lift the ban, although it still saddens me a lot to live with a scammer tag, being asked about it by many people, it doesn't reflect the truth.

Out of my perspective, it is close to impossible probability that no other IP is shown during the period of when my account was hijacked (Mid May 2011), which actually got happened 2 times after as well, when also Steam declined to return all stolen items because it was my fault to get hijacked (I do not click any links from closest friends from that day knowing they could be hijacked as well). -I have mentioned that because a very close friend from sourceop asked me to check his thread, where I have got hijacked because the link was a scam -he was hijacked as well-

Returning to my original story: After I have returned to home, I was still sharply focused on preparing for the following tournaments + the university entrance examination, I truly had no time just to focus with that particular issue, and when I was back to appeal, I was already marked and believed as an obvious scammer, and without any proof presented, considering my poor English speaking ability as well, I had not much chance of articulating myself decently, I have paid as much as I can track the information of the scammed people, I would also like to indicate: quite prior to that hijacking period, I have been a middleman for larger trades, and made way bigger transactions than the amount that is scammed by my hijacker. I never had a reason to do that, as of today it did not change, but a falsely staying scammer tag is really not reflecting what steamrep serves as its main goal; Therefore, I for the second time apply for an appeal, and I hope you do believe me this time.
