    Appeal Reason: [Change of Heart] I will never scam again.
    Victim Repayment: No, but I will repay. I need help finding the victim(s)
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before, but was told to handle other tags or to fix something else before my appeal    ​

    Appeal description:
    Hey, resubmitting my appeal due to my previous appeal being invalid since I had an outside community tag.
    I fully admit my wrongdoing 11 years ago and would like a chance at having my banned tag removed - will gladly pay back victims if I manage to get in touch with them (have been unsuccessful so far). Not trying to justify my actions but as I was a child back then I did not consider consequences my actions had - for which I apologise.
