Obviously the first appeal did not go well. I come to you more than 2 years from the first appeal, and more than 2 and a half years from the scamming incident. In no way, shape, or form can I deny the fact that I did in fact scam. I now would like to start trading once again, however my process is hindered when people see the mark, however truthful, of scammer. I now have no more interest in scamming, and would be glad to repay the original victim whatever he/she thinks was lost.
