    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before, but was told to handle other tags or to fix something else before my appeal    ​

    Appeal description:
    I appealed under the wrong account, this is the main account that was banned. Also, changed privacy settings as requested. Under the new policies for buying from scammers, the ban is no longer applicable. I bought a high value item from a scammer a few years ago.

    After a review, this incident appears to fall under the revised TWS policy as we cannot conclude any actual brokering occurred. Its clear you knew what you were doing, who you were dealing with and the source of the hat in question. Shady for sure but we no longer issue tags for this. Appeal granted.
