Appeal description:

I recently wanted to use cs:go lounge to trade items but i saw i was banned and it made me wander how. I saw i scam someone in 2013 or earlier which i dont clearly remember but i feel sorry about this . If it was really that serious i will repay everything and never scam again. I feel sry for the person who got scammed by and i want to apologise to him about it. It was my mistake and will never do it again. Tnx for the help​

I accept Kaz0's apologies and hope he stays to his promises and keeps on the right track.
He offered to give me back my item, and i will inform you as soon as i get it. (I can't trade yet because i had to reapply steamguard to my account again.)
