As I hadn't checked back at all in the time I has happened. An admin had checked in, and asked for pictures of my inventory history in that time. I also wanted to say, That person I had shared with has no Profile, and is just a companion that has already ditched me along with any sign of "friendship".

All done within steam. This is tiring, as my brother would like to get out of this.. blasphemy. If there's anything needed more apart from the proof through steam given, and Already explaining The culprit person I've shared the account to was indeed unreachable, as there is no profile of his own. Male character, early twenties, Grungy voice. That's all I know of him. If there was a notification, I could have answered.. months ago.​

Please do not see this "reopening" as a way to push down something that I didn't like.
I missed replying to it, so I'm doing this to get to it. bookmarked for daily check.
