    Well he lets me use his wifi because we don't have money to pay it ourselves. We share internet bills, his parents let my mom pay half of it to use it since we are next door

    Sky has not addressed the appeal but I am going to deny the appeal anyhow. I dont find your explanations of the circumstances of the connections between the accounts credible. You also changed your story a few times while chatting with me. At the very least, the overwhelming links between the accounts makes them near indiscernible. I do accept tho you may be separate users, but you lied about your relationship with the other account, I dont know why but that is beyond the scope needed for the appeal.
