Appeal description:

Hi I'm Chaotic. My brother (Raekhann which is linked on my steamrep) was banned several years ago for scamming which in a forum he made he confessed to the accusations. However during those incidents since we shared the same ip and sometimes used the same pc, I got banned in the process which I get cause from your guys side it would look really skeptical. But from all this it makes it extremely hard for me to engage in any trading with anyone because of this tag. I'm willing to provide any proof I can to show that my brothers account is not my alt. I did not scam anyone and I did not do anything wrong.​
