Appeal description:

So a bit of background, this actually happened about 3.5 years ago? http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198044202601-and-76561198055742343.29383/. It's been a long time since this incident occurred and I was wondering if I could appeal this tag? I've definitely matured from my earlier self. I was willing to pay back all losses the victim had but I accepted his friend request, he didn't come online for about 2 weeks and the report got accepted. So I was wondering if i could appeal my caution tag?
