Appeal description:

Over 1000 days ago (4~ years), I was marked with an SR Caution for faking offers for my vintage big kill. I would like to appeal this tag as I believe it I've had enough time to reflect and suffer the consequences of my 13 year old self actions. The victim has not been online for 503 days (https://steamcommunity.com/id/cc71/), and I have contacted him before on January 8, 2016 to appeal my tag but he never responded to neither the post nor to my steam messages.

I also believe that I'm now in a more trustable position as seen on my bp.tf rep page and eventhough a few are only a few days old while the others go years back, the rep was added to me even after I had gotten the cautioned tag.

My previous thread was rejected as :
i) Did not repay (I can't repay compensation as the victim has not been online for nearly 2 years)
ii) Alt is not public (My alt is now public)

I would like to add that I'm aware of rule #25 on https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-tips.66354/ however, as stated above the victim has not be online for nearly 2 years so it is impossible for me to track him down to compensate him as most of his profile is private (no social media whatsoever). I'm once again sorry for what I have done and I hope you can forgive me
