Hello!

I initially made this post on the FoG forums, but I can see the forums have ended and been inactive since 2018. My appeal there (https://f-o-g.trade/appeals/574) has been left pending and unassigned for about a week now. As FoG isn't listed as legacy, I wanted to appeal here to see what next steps I can take. Please let me know if this is still the incorrect location.

The appeal is as follows:

My brother's account was unjustly marked as a scammer, probably because he lived in the same household as me during that time and shared an IP address. Above all else I'd like to unmark him as a scammer, as he was entirely unrelated to what happened. If there is any way I can reliably prove that we're not the same person, let me know and I will happily provide that evidence.

Secondarily, I'd also like to appeal my own ban, as it occured over 8 years ago now. I was 15 years old at the time. I am a grown man now and obviously the major inconvienience of a steamrep mark has been punishment enough for a very silly, bitter and unsuccessful attempt at a paypal invoice scam (as it had just happened to me for the only valuable item I had, [https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198045849165-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.82439/] I was feeling like a very angsty 15 year old, lol). In no way is this a claim that I was innocent, but just to see if 8 years was enough of a timeline to prove a change of heart so I can trade some game items again.

I appealed like what, 6 years ago? Immediately after the scam happened?

Is there no re-appeal after a significant time has passed?

Also, no consideration at all at least for my brother's account, a person entirely unrelated to what happened?
