Appeal description:

Hello there, so I am the "original account" you say. whatsagodis isn't a ALT account, it's a friend of mine that I owed keys to, we both forgot about it and recently he messaged me back to me wanting to pay it back. I paid it back by giving keys every week, I couldn't the week before his recent trade with me so I got the rest of the keys paid off. So the loan I did with him is done (except for 1 key which he said I can get that for him when I can) and he's a real person and not the same person as me, we are different completely and just someone I owed is all, so I would appreciate if you could lift the steamrep ban off his account, he doesn't deserve it because he did nothing wrong.
