Dear SR,

I would like to appeal to you regarding my account. So before this, about a year ago my account got hijacked by someone that I don't know. Then i proceed to send a message to steam about it. Thankfully steam replied and got my account back with all of my items, they also manage to caught the hijacker. About a few months later i decided to focus on my finals and college so I leave the game and started to study. Now, when I finally have the time to play, the system tells me that my account is banned. So I panicked and thought that SR banned me because the person that hijacked my account scam other people with my account. I search in Google on how to get unbann and stumble upon this site. It will really mean a lot to me if you could unbann me for I have done nothing wrong. Thank you for your kind attention.

What is this support ticket? I don't have the slightest idea about it.
Could you give me a picture of it to help me?

Funny, you said you contacted Steam support in your first post, but don't know what a support ticket is in your second...

Anyway, he's asking you to take a screenshot of the ticket from Steam support here. There is an example in one of the guides here. I'll post it below.

anyway, as i said before, i haven't been playing for almost a year and so many things have changed. I do have the ticket but i did not have the screenshot of it because i have changed my computer. Any idea on how to show the ticket again? I do have an account on steam support.
