Appeal description:

My brother is accused of being an alt. Account. Before I start, I want to apologize. I know the consequences of other people's accounts for trading and for that I got my own brother banned. I'm so sorry, and if I can include, i changed. I've stopped scamming and repaid most of my victims. Rest are dead accounts and like an admin asked me to do, I tried grabbing a friend to add that person, and they come back to say they won't add either. But back to my point my brother is innocent, and has done nothing wrong. He's followed the rules and has been nice. Once again, I'm terribly sorry.​
