Hello Admins of Steam Rep
First of all, may you excuse me for my english because I'm french, I only study this in class.
I'm going to explain my case. I got banned today, for scam by paypal. I traded a lot on PayPal, and did over 30 PayPal trades, for TF2 or CS:GO items, or for other things. I obviously had some issues, it sometimes happens. 2 persons have reported me, one is archived because it only was a misunderstanding. An other one is invalid because the person doesn't have any screenshot, And I assure you I didn't scam him at all. But here we are, the third report is this one and it's this report who made me get banned PERMANANTLY :

It happens 2 years ago, but I keep having some memories of how it happens.
He went first and sent me his TF2 items. Then, I started to try to send the money, but it was lagging. The victim didn't want to understand and just threated me that he would report me if I hadn't given his items back. I didn't want to, it was just a question of time. The only mistake I've made here is not to give him his items back in time, and waited for the report to give them back. I admit I shouldve given his items back quickly, but that was in 2014, I was stressed, It was my dream hat and did not want to give him back after long discussions.. So, I finally gave him the items back, but he never wanted to trade them back after what happened, which is understandable of course. I did not remove or blocked him, just disconnected of steam because servers were down. I did a second mistake, but it has been misunderstood too. I offered the Items I just got to a man on outpost. But I wasn't looking to sell them, just to see how much it was worth, and it was to see if it was worth his hat. I was not looking to sell it at all, and I think there was a misunderstanding there.
However, I put a screen of what happened on my PayPal when I didn't suceed in sending the money. It's written in french but you can translate, it's written " Your last action couldn't have been completed.. Retry in 30 minutes".

Well, the post was in "stand by" for 2 years. So I was pretty sure it would be achieved without problem, because I did some mistakes but I didn't scam him.
So I asked today if the post could be achieved, because some people don't want to trade me because they see that I have a report not confirmed. Suddenly, an admin bans me permanantly. I could have not asked to archive the post so I wouldve never gotten banned, but I did because to me the problem had been solved 2 years ago and it was past. But I got banned permanantly.. So that's why I'm writing a long message to you admins, to unban me or to reduce the ban at least because I really think I don't deserve a permanant ban for a some mistakes, which don't deal with scam.
