Appeal description:

Almost 3 years ago I was falsely reported for scamming a tf2 item. I have provided all the evidence that was asked of me and the admin I have been talking to has completely stopped responding. In private messages he/she has repeatedly asked over and over for the same evidence that I keep providing, and then they don't respond for another week and ask for the same evidence. I was not aware of said report until about a year ago when I was banned from tf2outpost even thought it was not a ban it was a caution mark. To bring you up to speed what has happened is that another account was using my name and the person who reported me did not come in contact with me and then reported me. Everyone else who was scammed by the person who used my name has contacted me and I was able to set the record straight. http://steamcommunity.com/id/blv3k is his steam profile ID. He has not been on for a long time because the case has been on here for almost if not 3 years now. I provided all the counter evidence I can.
