Appeal description:

I spoke with a community manager and others. I spoke with them on the issue as I stated it was not me who tried to scam anyone. I was later told an alt account was made in Korea it the one I have not listed is a private profile and has a long K name last i checked. The scam was also made in Korea. When I was in the Army I would sign-in at times on my steam account to either play DOTA 2 or Metal Gear Rising from my memory. I would not remember or forget to log-out of my account in the CAC center at Camp Humphreys. It pretty much a place where soldiers would go to relax from work. Thr are many powerful PCs thr as at the time I only had a smartphone I did not get a laptop till I returned to the USA. I believe someone from the ROK/Korean army used my account to scam others and was also the one to make the alt account.​
