Appeal description:

Hello admins, it was a few years ago where I was not yet of legal age to get a credit card, my mother helped me get Team Fotress 2 items from Shop Hexide (Tried finding it but it cannot be found anymore). At that time, she did agree to help me, however, she did not recognise the charge on the credit card bill and refunded the money I paid to Hexide using PayPal. I have tried repaying them in the past but it went bait complicated and they only accepted Bitcoin which I had no way of accessing. I am more than willing to repay the amount that I have frauded through a refund using a debit card of my own (Please show me the amount with evidence if possible regarding the amount I charge backed). This refund was not of malicious intent in the first place and I am truly sorry that this has happened. I do hope that my SteamRep can be changed for the better. This was my only mistake and I have not scammed or attempted to scam anybody in Steam. Thank you for reading my appeal and I await your reply.​
