    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and it was denied.    ​

    Appeal description:
    My friend and I swapped accounts behind a shed in 6th grade on our school's gym track. It has been almost a decade, Steamrep still thinks our accounts are alts. I wanted to play Flatout 2 on her account (it was good I played it). Anyways the statute of limitations in my state for fraud are 10 years. If Uncle Sam would've scrubbed my record by now, you probably should too.​
