Appeal description:

The cause:
I am an ex-scammer. I made a bad decision. I was 14 years old at that time. I was once an honest trader and built up decent rep. Around 5-6 pages of SOP rep. But I made a dumb decision which I strongly regret right now. All because I got scammed multiple times. I have came here to make an appeal because I have fully repaid both victims. I repaid them not because of getting unmarked on SR, but the satisfaction of not owning anyone afterwards.

After the scam, the motivation for me to repay:
After the scams, I have changed a lot. I have built up a lot of things over the internet afterwards. I have even built up my own gaming community and a steam group with over 17k people. And also I have became a SteamCN moderator. But it is a shame that the owner of that community has such bad background. I have stopped scamming and decided to be an honest trader. I have done several successful trades after the scam. All for the community giveaways. And now I think it is the time to payback my victims. So I made an appeal here, stating that I have fully paid them back. With proof. But most importantly, I have repaid because I have changed my heart. And also I want to clear the names of my dad because I used my paypal account with his name and credit card linked to it. And also I think that I'm old enough to tell you that. I will not make any foolish mistakes such as scamming anymore.

How I repaid them:
I repaid him by finding the old chat logs he posted on the scam report. Then I sent the money to that paypal account.

Reactions of the victims after I repaid them:
I had a great talk with the 1st victim (moven) that I scammed. And I've definitely made his day by repaying him 6 months later. I figured out that we are both chinese.

However, the 2nd victim blocked me. But I still think that it is good to send his money because I scammed him 8 months ago and it is my fault. So I am not expecting him to forgive me.

What I really wanted is: I want a chance to be able to participate in TF2 trading and continue on my on-going projects. And forgiven by the victims that I scammed.

OK so I'm the 1st victim as mentioned above.
I was scammed by BOT Arnold in that Earbuds cash-out trade last September where I lost $148 worth of items.
However yesterday he added me again then immediately re-paid me with the $148 by Paypal. I can confirm that the payment was received, so finally my lost was recovered.
He also apologized and showed great regret in his bad behaviors before and the frustrating that caused to me.
Anyways the problem was ultimately ended in a positive way.
In chat BOT Arnold also promised to refrain from doing scamming and really hope to build up a good reputation as he has realized what he did wrong to the gaming/trading communities.
Since he's still young and now sincerely working hard to save his mistakes, I personally think it's good to give him a 2nd chance to fresh start.
And thanks again for all the SteamRep staff that helped me in my issues, I really appreciate your work.
