I am a tagged scammer. I am actually innocent of the trade I tried because I had no idea the item I was trading wasn't strange because it was a Sapper and I had no idea that you could get tradable stock weapons.

Anyways, here is the story.

This was about two years ago (I traded for the Sapper on July 12, 2012) (proof is on page 48 of my inventory history) but I was in a trade server and I bought the Sapper that I believed to be strange. I traded the seller for it and later went into another server to resell it, I put an offer in the chat saying I was selling one, that's when someone had traded me asking for it. Me still not knowing that it was just unique, I put it in the trade, she had been taking a while and was not doing anything, I thought she was just AFK but that's when she was taking screenshots and sending them here, then she informed me about my mistake and still bought it from me for a scrap metal, this was just a misunderstanding on my part and on hers.

I sent in my first appeal about 2 days ago but it said but I checked a little bit ago and it said invalid. And for some reason my name on this website is still ,"Heavy Weapons Pie" although my actual steam name is AustinJD21. Please help, and if would also like to know why my last appeal was marked invalid. Thank you.​

The reason your other appeal was marked as invalid is you have a tag with Skial you need to take care of before appealing here. If you had read the thread posted in your other appeal (here it is again, just in case: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/howto-appeal-banned-and-caution-reputation-tags.58/ ), you should have seen the policy that outside tags need to be taken care of first.
