Appeal description:

Okay so, I am submitting another appeal because my last one was denied under the sole reason of "you already appealed". This doesn't seem like you are giving me a fair chance at province my change of heart. Also you didn't fix the problem that you have steam id: 76561198055208080 listed as my alt account, like I said last time this is not my alt account. I would have just replied to my last appeal but it said : "(You have insufficient privileges to reply here.)" Could you please just review my my last appeal without shooting it down immediately because my last one was denied. I value your time and am just asking for you to take the time to seriously review my appeal. Thank you for taking your time to consider me as we are both just human. ​
