Appeal description:

Good evening.

A few minutes ago, I was messaged by a friend telling me that I have been SteamREP banned. I did not believe him at first since I have not done anything wrong, eventually I found out that I have been banned.
I followed up on what happened and it seems that I have been banned for being an alt account saying that I am Fanta, who is a friend of mine since when I lived in South Africa. I lived in South Africa since grade 2 to grade 12 for studies, now I have moved back to South Korea for Uni. I think the misunderstanding came from the fact that I have lanned at Fanta's house many years ago.
The account that is linked to my profile saying about the steam rep ban is not mine whatsoever and I would like someone to review my case and see that I am not Fanta and that this is a mistake.
I have been falsely banned, please help me. I believe that my case is not the first case, and there have been cases where his other friend also got steam rep banned.
