Appeal description:

Good afternoon,

I have been banned for around ten years now and I have stayed on the one account, as it is my original and only account. I still trade but its been pretty hard admittedly. I was very young when I scammed for an unusual hat in 2013. I regretted, and still regret this event.

I paid him back in full and even gave him extra for the issue, apologized, and he helped me to submit an appeal where he stated that he was fine with an un-ban at the time.

I believe I have served my time and given that I am older and wiser now I have no desire to do such stupid things. Please see reason and consider un-banning me.

I would also like to say that as you can deduce by the timeline of the ban and first appeal in 2014, I gave the hat back to the guy I had taken it from before I realized he had submitted a report. I only appealed this around a year later.
I felt remorse and righted the wrong before any consequences had been realized on my part.
