Appeal description:

I already know making another thread is prohibited. I was 12 when I went apesh1t over someone I knew for a long time scamming me, and I started sending fake steam money offers to everyone. It's been over 1000 days. I regret it. I've actually talked to the person that reported me, and he commented on my last appeal which was back in 2014. ( http://imgur.com/mAFieKg ). It's a really bad feeling being pointed at by a lot of people who think I'm an active scammer. I'm not. Being immature and salty made me do it. I've matured since then. Please give me another chance.
