Appeal description:

Well i'm not sure what i can say here that wasn't already said in my first appeal 4 years ago. The reason it was denied was because i did not follow up to a message that was sent 1 year after my post was made.

I was banned in 2013-2014 when i was 14 years old. My friend and I tried to do some really awful scam by lying to people that we had modified crates in TF2 to have 100% unusual drop rate. We never got any items off of it because of how terrible it was. It is 2019 now and all i want to do is join the only active CS:GO trading server.

The person who reported me (rightfully so) hasn't been active on steam since 2013 i believe. Honestly not sure what i can say to help my case other than what i did was really stupid (i was 14 everything i did was stupid) and it wont be happening again. Thank You.​
