Appeal description:

I am confused. My brother, account name Saber Moon, has been reported for attempting to scam someone. This is the victim:

Saber Moon should undoubtedly be banned for this. What I want to know is, why is Saber Moon identified as my alt account? I am not sure how an alt account can be proven not to be someone's, since the burden of proof lies upon that of the accuser, however in this case it seems extremely unlikely that Saber Moon is an alt account of mine, or vice versa. I would understand any account being called an alt because of low level, recently created, low games, cheap games, low hours, ect. But the image I provided it shows that it's its own active account with its own games. The only reason I could see for thinking that both accounts are owned by one person is because they're connected to the same internet. Even if that were the case, my father and sister both have steam accounts connected to the same internet, yet they were never accused of being an alternate account.​
