Appeal description:

My brother got on my account and took an Unusual Little Buddy belonging to http://steamcommunity.com/id/Brsbro879 (Apologies if that isn't the correct place to place his profile.) and I found out about it through my brother. I received a ban on SR, and talked to Mattie; as I recall, he stated that if I repaid what was taken I could appeal my ban (unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of this conversation). My brother then sold the Little Buddy for 7 keys and 14 refined, equating to 9 keys (at the time, a key was 7 ref.) I later tried to rectify the situation with Brs and paid him back incrementally, starting with The Apparatchik's Apparel, Mann Co. Supply Crate Key, Croft's Crest, and a Strange Degreaser, which, at the time, was 5 keys and 3.33 refined worth of items. (The screenshots of the trade of been attached.) I then found out that, when I tried to contact Brs, that he had blocked me on Steam, and as a result I was unable to pay back the rest of the items owed. The only way I could contact him was via the messaging service here, and he never responded despite three messages on various dates. So, in closing, I recognize that my lax attitude regarding my brother's inappropriate usage of my account led to this scam, and I haven't allowed him back on my computer since. I tried my best to pay back Brs, but couldn't due to him blocking me. I will/have made sure that an indecent such as this will not occur in the future. I would like to have my tag removed, as the admin(s) see fit. I apologize if my appeal is rather lengthy... I just wanted to make sure that everything was explained correctly. If there is anything missing I'll be glad to fix it!

Oh... I'm sorry, I neglected to include this in the appeal as I thought it was implied, but both my primary account and the alt I created are banned on Outpost, as a subsequent result of my ban on SR, although the alt is banned as a result of it being an alternate account of a banned IP, I believe. Apologies again for failing to include this information directly in the appeal.

Gah... Again, I missed something... In addition to the listed items, I paid back a Distinctive Lack of Hue. That, coupled with the items, made 5 keys 3.33 ref worth.

Bump please? This is ridiculous, I posted this appeal WELL over a year ago, and still nothing! It is unfair to everyone here who was banned, whether they deserved it or not, to have to wait this long to clear up simple matters.

Not fully, as stated above and w/ screenshots, I paid him back 5 keys and 3.33 refined (at the time, and currently, the Orbiting Fire Little Buddy is/was worth about 11 keys) and then he blocked me; I attempted to message him through friends and through here but he refused to cooperate. I was more than willing to repay the full amount and I was well on my way, but unfortunately I could not continue.

He used my profile, he never has bothered making his own but since this incident I haven't let him play on mine. He prefers consoles anyways
