Appeal description:

I have been scamming and trying to give my friends items for their inventory since they have no good items. I won't scam again and will get all my items with trust and honor. Thank you very much. This won't happen again.​

Your ban is through Valve, not SteamRep. That means no one here can help you with this issue.

Best thing you can do now is set up a Steam Support ticket asking for the trade ban to be lifted. If you don't know how to do that, I'd suggest taking a look at this: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/how-to-contact-steam-support.35773/
