This was a "replacement" account that I tried to use but never really did. I'm the only friend for this account, and there should be no real activity behind it except for log-ons and log-offs.

Appeal description:

What can I say? For one, I was (and likely still am) very stupid and was chasing which in the back of my head I knew was too good to be true. I was like 13 or 14 years old (perhaps 15, I can't really remember). I was in the age when you did stupid things, so I was trying to do something that I probably knew was too good to be true. Basically, I was trying to get free steam wallet funds but because of my crappy knowledge of various malware became a victim of a simple key logging program. It is the kind of program a naive individual like me would fall for. So yeah, I messed up which caused me to loose my account and the one who hijacked it used it to spread various phishing threads throughout the steam forums, as evidenced by the following threads here on steamrep:

I got my account back through steamsupport, the evidence of which is in the attached screenshots (I'm actually kinda embarrassed to show these because back then I was freaked out and was still only so old and basically the way I represent myself there is not something I am proud of). The one named "Steam support proof" is the piece that shows this was an actual support ticket and that my name is listed on it. You can see the bottom part of the image in the other image, named "Steam support convo."

I just wanted to mention real quick that I switched the emails for my account, since my gmail is the one I use for more official things and my frontier.com is more of an address I give out to things I am not that committed to. My current email for this account is [email protected] while the one seen on the support ticket ([email protected]) is for the alt account.

Also, by now you may be wondering why I waited so long... the answer is simple - personal embarrassment. After the incident I noticed that I have been kicked out of various trading groups and I kinda forgot about tf2 and trading in general. Recently, though, I got into playing other source-powered games (CS:GO and Garry's Mod among others) so I though it would be fun to get back into tf2. But The thing I loved most about it is trading because it felt kinda exciting. I felt strangely rewarding knowing that my personal value was increasing even though I started with nothing. Granted, I only have 19 (I believe) plus reps, which does not say much about me since it basically means nothing. Still I think that at least it shows that I traded fairly with people and, if it brings any merit, I never directly scammed them through my trades.
Also, I wanted to mention my alt account in a little more detail. You can see it above, but I wanted to elaborate on the reason for its creation. When I first got banned, instead of being a good little boy and appealing, I though I could just make myself a new account and start from scratch, but then I realized I needed to have money invested in steam to make it able to trade items and a bunch of other set backs came up so basically I abandoned that account. My original account has 2 keys and some metal and weapons in my tf2 inventory, as well as several steam trading cards and various steam games that I actually bought now that I have my own money. This alt account is basically empty and I switched emails as mentioned above so now this alt account has the frontier.com email while my main account uses gmail.

Anyways, thanks for going through all that and I'll be awaiting your reply.​
