    Appeal description:
    i scammed a guy through paypal with 19$, i took his keys and didnt pay him and i removed him. But in the less than an hour i repaied him everything that i own him (19$) and he gave me the keys back.

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    -SR, by policy, does not grant RWC (real world currency) related offenses.
    -The admin who tagged you, by policy, is unable to handle your appeal.
    -Yes the original admin made a recommendation on your case, I am not obligated to follow it.
    -I find the offense, Paypal chargeback, too severe to consider any appeal, even taking into account you repaying (and per appeal policy as stated above)
