Hi Steamrep,

Accountering to case i got banned on and according to Mattie says, i should be reduced from banned to caution in/after apirl 2015. Now it is may 2020 and still still i didn't get reduced. i know i have made a big mistake in the past and i admit it but i was amateur and young, and the 5 years defiently changed me alot from the past.
