Appeal description:

Hello, I am appealing on behalf of the scammer that I had reported almost 2 years ago. They have said that their account was being used by their brother and that he was the one who did all the scamming, not them. They have specifically asked me to removed the appeal here as reporting to AF2 is not possible as the forum is dead and gone forever. He has promised me that he will pay me back for the damage that he has caused.​
