Hello (again)!

After submitting my appeal for the removal of my Banned tag, which was given to me for no other reason than "Our information does not suggest the account is a separate user" and both my own appeal ( https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198066246532-never-lucky-banned-by-sr.160856/ ) and my brother's appeal (the one who actually deserved the Banned tag for attempting a scam - https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198365502319-whiteflare63-banned-by-sr.160914/) being marked as invalid, I'm making another appeal in hopes of getting this whole mess cleaned up.

I have been playing TF2 (on and off) for five years. It's what got me into Steam and it's what I stayed for. A large part of my TF2 playtime is spent on legitimate trading. In those five years I've never even thought of scamming, let alone attempted to scam. After my brother saw that TF2 trading is enjoyable (at least the "wow i made 0,0006€ profit in this trade" part) he also got into it. Unfortunately we lost my unusual to a "item checker" scam after he traded it to an impersonator (which was stupid on both my part and his) and that eventually got him angry enough to attempt a bot scam with a guy from his friendlist who was also scammed and salty about it. The scam part of the story had absolutely nothing to do with me, and being banned from a huge chunk of the servers I regularly visit for my brother's activities is insane.

I would like the tag to be removed and I will provide you with any requested evidence that my account is not his alternate account, or vice-versa.

I would also like to ask you not to mark my appeal as invalid this time with the reason being "you may only appeal with the originally tagged account" like on https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198066246532-never-lucky-banned-by-sr.160856/ - this is my account, and not an alternate account.​

Can you close this appeal? I think I get the rules now and I made a proper appeal which will unban my brother if it is accepted. Sorry for causing you so much trouble recently

It's my brother's appeal but I thought he could also get automatically unbanned if I got unbanned on my account because that's what you said. But you rejected my appeal because my account is only a couple of months old so I guess that both of us are going to stay banned

I can't comment on my appeal because you closed it so I'll comment here - delete this comment after you read it since it breaks a lot of rules on the appeal forum (actually looked into them before the rejected appeal). I'm gonna quit Steam altogether after this because I only played TF2 and most of that was trading just like my brother since that's what he introduced me to (i guess that's why my account looks shady? i also played csgo a bunch but i guess that doesn't matter too much) but I can't go on most servers now just like him because I messed up so at least you'll have one less possible threat to deal with I guess. I hope my brother's tag can be removed someday so he can get back to trading because he really enjoyed doing that. Also thank you for volunteering (read that somewhere while reading the rules). I can't imagine how much willpower it takes to go through all this multiple times every day

I don't see anywhere where I could have left some information out. This is my account. This account had nothing to do with the scamming - I traded stuff with my brother of course, but I newer saw any illegitimately obtained items because he didn't manage to scam anyone. I also didn't fund his account. He started off with a gift card he bought off of G2A with PaySafeCard. I gave him some stuff recently, but that had absolutely nothing to do with the scams.

I want to get my tag removed since I got it unfairly.

Appeal was made and denied. I don't see anything else I can do in this regard. I don't see what my brother can do either, since his one valid appeal was rejected.

We never use each other's accounts. We sometimes trade or gift items but neither of us has any items that were stolen or obtained in a scam.

I have access to my brother's account and he has access to mine. We live in the same house and our computers are in the same room. We sometimes trade items or gift them to each other. My brother used to play CS:GO on my account before he got his own account and bought it on there, and he has never played a game on my account since then.
