Appeal description:

I agreed to pay for the screenshots, said user did not allow me to trade him the items. (blocked). He proceeded to remove me, creating this report two years ago. After a year of trying to readd him, I sent the user a trade offer with two keys (more than owed) stating that if the offer was not accepted, I would use it as proof to get my pending report taken down. He accepted the offer and stated in the comments that his "computer was broken" and could not trade, everything was solved.​

I heard the victim said that you payed her, then later one of the idiot admins continued and banned you.

Admins here are respectable, but yea. It kinda sucks

Unfortunately, your returning of her items doesn't and didn't have any impact on whether the report is accepted or not. It is, however, a crucial step of the appeal process.
