Appeal description:

The ban was long time ago and it was my cousin doing it , i didn't have control over the account. Now I am a pro player in CS and my profile looks with it badly and soem people are scared to trade with me or stuff like that . It does not help me at all since i didn't do anything and if the victim really wants his money back i can pay it back in case there was a scam.
I really need to lift that ban cause i have 0 in that. I am competing in cs in the highest tier and joining a really big org in the top of cs.
If there was a crime i can pay back without an issue.​
