    i deeply regretted that i scammed the victim and i will never scam again.
    i have repaid the victim, admins you guys can ask him.
    attached with a trade history that proved i have repaid my victim.

    The only reason I am not going to outright reject this is because the user was repaid in a timely manor. Saying that, I did not like reading that you tried to make repayment conditional of removal of the report, this was reflective in the banning admins decision to still tag you. It will be an uphill battle to have this appeal granted.
