Appeal description:

Hi
This is my appeal request after i have been banned at 2013,I made another appeal a year ago but i was abandoned and forgotten, and i have repayed the victim the exact amount that i have scammed.
we are friends since.
Im back to tf2 and i really don't like being randomly banned because of your unjustified "plugin" from server, i have no intention to scam or even trade, I only buy/sell from the community market and my close friend.
If you need any info, tell me, I can also ask the victim to comment here.
