Admin tough socks told me to make a new appeal

in the rules it says im aloud to make a new appeal if told by an admin

Me and my brothers account (listed as alt) where banned after some one offered to buy my back pack with paypal. The buyer was sketchy and would not send money. I convinced him to send 1 dollar, he did. I then blocked him assuming he was trying to scam me. He then reported me on steam rep for scamming the one dollar. He himself is banned and has not been online in many days i would send him back his dollar or an item of equal value if i could find him.​
