Appeal description:

Hi. About 3 years ago, when I was 11 years old, I tried to scam someone, due to me being influenced to scam by YouTube videos showing people scamming and making profit. I tried to scam someone, but he was/still is smart and reported me while this was taking place. (Thread he created: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198065703133-chrisjk7.19891/) I was then shocked and scared about what was going to happen. His report eventually got accepted about 16 days later. I haven't attempted to scam or scammed anyone since that day. On the day I got marked as scammer, I tried to make a quick appeal so I could get unmarked and trade normally again. At that time, I was more worried about getting my brother unmarked, since he would kill me for me getting his account marked. The appeal was never looked at. I then made a few alternate accounts to try and mark evade, since I wanted to start trading again. Those accounts also got marked and banned from most trading servers. I then stopped trying at this point. About a year later, I decided to make another appeal since the other one was a year old at the time and no one looked at it. The new appeal got marked as invalid since I previously made an appeal. An admin then looked at my old thread and denied it. I am making this new appeal now because the other appeals are sort of outdated, and I am providing more proof/evidence with this appeal. I am also making this appeal so an admin can actually contact my brother so he can get unmarked, since he was not involved with the attempted scam in any way, shape, or form. He was marked as an alternate account because we have a shared IP address because we live in the same household. If needed I am providing his Skype contact info in a picture that will be uploaded to this appeal. I will also provide mine. I am sorry that it is against the rules to make more than 1 appeal. I am only asking if my account (Chrisjk7 under Alternate Accounts) and my brother's account (BlueJay under alternate accounts) can be unmarked. One more thing that I should add, is that throughout these past few years, I have learned the consequences of scamming someone, and what you will be viewed as by the TF2 community. I know that scamming is a horrible thing to do, and I know that I won't try this again.
