Appeal description:

This account was given to me by a relative, I tried using Scrap.TF once through recommendation of my friends but it didn't work because apparently this account was previously involved in a "PayPal" scam. I the current owner, don't trade through Dota 2 items or play that game much at all, nor do I own any PayPal accounts. I would like to ask that this ban be appealed since the old owner of the account has fully given access of this to me and I even changed the email used along with password. This account has been in my possession for a few years now.​
