    Hello,
    I was banned 1250 days ago for a scam of around 50$ of tf2 items. I did scam, because I was really immature and 12 years old at the time. Nowadays im 17 and have grown up and would love to get back to tf2 trading.
    I just have a problem when it comes to "refunding" him, he does not use steam anymore and I can not contact him as he has not been on for 200 + days.​

    Could it be possible if I linked you the trade offer of the scam and counted a single penny of the trade and sent you the staff the transaction via Paypal and you got in contact with him somehow?

    Wrap up of all this : I really need help of you SR admins to find the person I scammed if he has a new account / paypal or something like that where I can pay him back and get my scammer rank removed. I'm a changed man.
