    Appeal Reason: [Change of Heart] I will never scam again.
    Victim Repayment: No, but I will repay. I need help finding the victim(s)
    Previous Appeals: No, this is my first appeal here    ​

    Appeal description:
    I committed a pay-pal scam about 2-3 years ago. Even the second after it happened, I didn't feel right. If I could find the victim, I would repay him as soon as possible and make sure to be as sincere in my apology as possible. I do not remember why I thought it was a good idea to scam in the first place. About a month before I scammed the victim, I was scammed myself out of an orbiting fire El Jefe. I remember the way I felt waiting for the funds to be transferred, so therefore I don't why I thought it was a good idea, all it did was hurt the victim. I am sincerely sorry for my actions and want to repay the victim as soon as possible. Thanks!​

    You say the second after this happened, you didn't feel right, yet we have 4 additional reports against you, all marked as Evidence Provided by a moderator:
    Even if you "didn't feel right" you clearly intended to scam repeatedly. And you didn't even repay (or even demonstrate a serious effort) before making an appeal.

    Any reason I shouldn't deny this right now?

    I don't see any reason to grant your appeal. Multiple offenses (attempted or successful), no repayment prior to appeal, no serious effort to repay.
    • Change of heart is not a valid reason to overturn a serious ban within the trade community
    • Did not pay back victim(s).
    Despite your appeal being rejected, it's recommended that you avoid future situations that might appear to be fraud with Steam trading. Sometimes people reported to Valve by its users can get their account(s) trade banned by Steam Support.
