Appeal description:

Hello SteamRep,

my name is Jakob and im from germany.
5 years ago, when i was 14 I attempted a scam and got a steamrep ban from it. Ever since I didn´t try to scam anyone, I even tried to offer the victim some items 3 years ago but the offer have´t got accepted. I quit gaming 2 years ago but now i want to give it another shot and want to be a normal part of the community again. I´m 19 years now and i can promise that I won´t attempt anything like this again. At the moment I just want to use csgo lounge to bet some skins on some games.
