    Appeal description:
    Hello, I am a representative skins.cash service.

Reputation of our service is very important to us. We serve thousands of users a day and try to keep a good level of support for our customers. We solve their problems instantly connected with service work. I write to you about the report ( https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.148470/ ). After an internal investigation, we determined that the reporter is a swindler and blackmailer.

    Below are the relevant evidence.

User Tronald Dumb, using deception and video editing, tried to blackmail me and our company (skins.cash), in which I am working as a community manager. The main point of his accusations consisted of the claim that one of our trading bots accepted his skin (knife) and never proceeded the payout for this skin. We prepared evidences that disprove the claim of the user Tronald Dumb.

Our system is fully automated. When a user creates a deal on our website (skins.cash), he should agree with the privacy policy and with the terms of use.

The skin trading process on skins.cash is simple:

    1. A user needs to login in to the website and select skins he wants to sell us

    2. Select Payment Method

    3. After all, mentioned above, the user must confirm the deal with our trade-bot. Next step, our system will automatically and immediately pay the displayed amount via the selected payment method.

And, the important thing! As far as we all know, the deal can be accepted or canceled and user can make a counterproposal. In this case, the second account (which is involved in the trade) receives a notification about the counterproposal and it can rather accept that or cancel. If such situation happens, our system cancels the transaction automatically to protect us from deceivers/scammers, that try to slip in different skins instead of the initial ones, or even remove them at all from an inventory, making us pay the money for “nothing”.

This user made a counterproposal (screenshot of counterproposal: https://i.gyazo.com/8c41709a0262349a69e1bb4ea29df86e.png ), trying to cheat our system. But the trade bot canceled the counterproposal. You can see that on video: https://i.gyazo.com/8c04ab9d121d98e2ec3634fd3d29b860.mp4

Our trade bot hasn't received the mentioned CS:GO skin (KARAMBIT DOPPLER) from the user Tronald Dumb.

    Screenshot of the transactions history:

    Video of the transactions history:

The second video of the transactions history:

    https://i.gyazo.com/1ded67a080cbd6d06440bffeb200de58.gif

After unsuccessful attempts to deceive us, the user tries to mount the video in a way that might appear that the trade was accepted by our trade bot, and it was successful. He also wrote to our tech-support, saying that we scammed him, accepting the skins and not proceeding a payout.

But the user Tronald Dumb made a false step by contacting our online support and by not removing the knife from his inventory. Our colleague just looked on his Steam’s profile inventory to check the credibility of the accusation. Naturally, the knife was in his (Tronald Dumb’s) inventory. Our colleague made a screenshot of Tronald Dumb’s inventory at that moment: http://joxi.ru/YmE9xlZC0LbD1m.jpg, and asked him to explain the fact, that the knife was actually inside his inventory. But the user was confused and started to accuse us of cheating. A few minutes later, his knife got missed from the inventory. We suspect that the user Tronald Dumb just simply transferred it to another Steam account.

Realising what just happened, we asked the user to make a video or gif-animation of his inventory transactions. The important thing is that we asked him to make a video, there will be visible the fact that the user switches tabs inside of Steam application. So, we could make sure that he opens an existing tab, and not the one that was prepared and mounted in advance.

What did the user Tronald Dumb do?

He used the video, previously captured, which had the entire transactions history without the knife trading, mentioned above, and mounted with another video, which he recorded later. He did it the way it’s impossible to see the latest trade, when he moved the knife to another account.

How to determine the fact of mounting?

When watching the video, please, pay attention on the upper left block of Steam’s website : http://i.imgur.com/rUAuobx.gif

The upper block moves a bit in the right and down directions, during the tab switching. Same thing happens with the side frames. It is obvious that this video was exposed to the mounting. http://joxi.ru/823zPGwFJwnOzm.jpg.

    Blackmailing

Unfortunately, I haven’t saved any conversation history with the user Tronald Dumb. He provided you with only a small part of this conversation, which appears satisfying only for his part. There is no any mention about threatening us in the letter, he provided. He claimed, that he will report me and all our trade bots, if we don’t pay him, and that we will lose a lot more than $190. As I mentioned before, I have no evidence of the act of threatening.

Why should you trust my words?

Despite the lack of evidences about threatening, we provided you with all need evidences about this user being a scammer.

Our company has hundreds of reviews on YouTube. Most of them were made by well known youtubers/vlogers, with an excellent reputation.

Moreover, our rating on Trustpilot service.is 9.7( https://www.trustpilot.com/review/skins.cash ). Everyone knows that TrustPilot does not allow to buy or fake reviews. User Tronald Dumb tried to leave a negative feedback about us on TrustPilot. But this review has been deleted by the moderator of the service, as soon as we have provided all the necessary evidence that this user is a frauder. We have no interest in harming our reputation because of $190, and we kindly ask you to help us in solving this unpleasant situation as soon as possible.

Tums is a liar. Of course it is a Russian. Best of best scammer on csgo.

His site pays almost everyone, except when Mister decides to make small bonuses.
I have tried at least 10 times to put my negative opinion on TRUSTPILOT, but each time it's deleted.
When I contact TRUSTPILOT, there is never an answer, they are strong, history that their customer is 100% positive opinion.

If this is Donald's only argument, then once again I ask the SteamRep administrators to write me a private message, and I will give them an access to that bot. They will be able to enter its account, open the transaction history and see the truth with their own eyes.
