Appeal description:

Hello. As I selected from the questions, I have been banned due to a misuse of my account from a family member. This is what I suspect, at least. I attempted to use Scrap.tf earlier today and found an error that told me I wasn't able to use their site due to a ban on SteamRep. This is the first I've heard of this site. While browsing around the profile that it linked me to, I noticed that my older brother was also banned, and that his account was privatized. It was at this point that I was reminded of a time a while back where he asked to use my account for CS:GO trading. If I remember correctly, this was before Valve cracked down on it, so I saw no problem with him doing so. I don't recall any issues with my account up until now, but I did investigate his ban, and apparently he attempted a "fake Steam Wallet transfer scam" around 5 years ago. I haven't tried trading in a while, so I wasn't aware of my own ban, but apparently it happened back in February. I assume the time difference is because of the identification of my account as an "alternate" of his by the site. A different potential cause was a while back where I was gullible enough to click a link sent from an unknown user, and items were taken from my inventory and spam messages were sent to people on my friends list (the chat logs are too old to see even with the mobile app, but I do have my Strange Market Gardener, which mentions that it was one of the items taken before it was replaced, so I've linked a picture of that). These are the only two events I can think of that could have any potential link to the ban. I think it reasonable to claim that I should not be punished by way of trade prevention from either of these incidents, as neither of them reflect any malicious intent in my trading habits. The last thing I'd like to clarify are a few of the answers I provided to previous parts of the appeal. For the "Guilt / Innocence" section, I claimed that I am innocent of all listed offenses, though I feel "N/A There are no listed offenses at all" could also be a legitimate answer, as I saw no apparent list of claimed offenses on the SteamRep profile and thus am not sure of the ones I'm being accused of. I also claimed in the "Repayment" section that I had no victims, and answered as such because I myself have no "victims", and have no way that I'm aware of to find out if there are any that were affected without my knowledge. That's about all I have to say. I did read through the instructional thread as suggested, and tried to be as thorough and honest in my answers as possible. However, like I mentioned, this site is completely new to me, so if there's any additional information I need to include or explain, I would greatly appreciate an email asking for it so that I may answer to the best of my ability.
