Appeal description:

hello, so a WHILE ago i was falsely reported for a "Paypal scam" i did not do anything and my alternate account had nothing to do with it either. I actually felt bad for the guy cause of his lost so i gave him 120 item to make up for his loss since he felt bad and seemed nice. Now this unconfirmed report is messing with my trades and i need help fixing it. I understand i put it under as caution but that is the closest thing to a unconfirmed report. If you guys can not help me with this particular report can you help me get this unconfirmed report off my...yea .
